In December, Danfoss held a celebratory groundbreaking ceremony for its new state-of-the-art laboratory testing center in Tallahassee, Fla. The 22,000-sq.-ft. facility expands on the existing building that houses the engineering and manufacturing of the company’s Turbocor oil-free magnetic bearing compressors.

The center will include three sets of psychrometric rooms with the capability of testing air-conditioning systems, including rooftop units from 2.5 to 50 tons and air-cooled chillers up to 150 tons.
