• IAPMO promoted Dain Hansen to the role of senior vice president of government relations. Since joining IAPMO in 2010, Hansen has overseen the creation of the group’s Washington, D.C., office and its legislative and regulatory initiatives.

In other IAMPO news, the group announced its support of U.S. Rep. Matt Cartwright’s (D-Pa.) Water Advanced Technologies for Efficient Resource Use Bill of 2015, a bill that would strengthen existing federal water efficiency efforts, specifically the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s WaterSense program.

 

  • Watts Water Technologies appointed Chris Jamieson as its vice president of marketing. Jamieson previously held the role of vice president of backflow and valves. He will be responsible for all functions involved in taking the company’s product line to market, including strategy, management, training, communications and pricing.

 

  • ECR announced Simon Olean was promoted to regional sales manager for the New England market and Jason Mangos accepted a position of field support representative for the mid-Atlantic region. Also, Josef Marcum was tabbed for a field support representative role for the New England area.

 

  • Buckaroos announced the launch of a new engineering website www.cooldrysaddles.com. The website is for mechanical engineers and features the company’s CoolDry support application.
