Lebanon, Tenn.-based boiler manufacturerLochinvarannounced four promotions within the company’s executive level management team. All the promotions took place March 1 and Lochinvar believes the moves “will provide greater company focus on forward-thinking and continued double-digit growth.”

Mike Lahtiwas promoted to vice president of sales, marketing and business development. He will have a larger, more strategic role within Lochinvar. Lahti has been with the company for 32 years and previously was Lochinvar’s vice president of sales and marketing.

Neil Rolphwas tabbed as the new vice president of engineering and manufacturing. Rolph started with Lochinvar 11 years ago and will use his 27 years of industry experience to manage the responsibilities related to engineering and manufacturing strategy, as well as corporate strategy.

Brian Iskewas named vice president of engineering and will provide guidance on day-to-day activities in the engineering of Lochinvar products. Iske has been with the company seven years and in the industry for 20.

Dan Shekowas promoted to national sales manager and has been with Lochinvar for 32 years. Sheko will manage water heater and boiler product sales within the United States. Lochinvar stated he “has met outstanding milestones developing the sales (in the) Southern and Western U.S. territories.”
