Mechanical, electrical and plumbing building system company Southland Industries has united its service and building automation controls departments into a single division. The new division is called Southland Service and will be led by Executive Vice PresidentJoe Cvetas. He will work to amplify the company’s service and building automation offerings.

 Southland Service will offer customers the same capabilities and consistent quality experience no matter which region of the country they reside in. Newly appointed Vice President of Service and Building Automation Chris Lofasowill run all service and controls-related initiatives across the company.
