Bradley Corp. acquires Keltech

Bradley expects to keep Keltech’s operations in Delton, Mich.

Bradley Corp. has purchased the assets of Delton, Mich.-based Keltech and will run the company as a wholly owned subsidiary. The acquisition was finalized December 28, 2012.

Keltech is a manufacturer of commercial-grade electric tankless hot water systems for applications including industrial plants, hotels and stadiums.

“Keltech is a quality product made in the U.S. by quality people,” Bradley President Bryan Mullett said. “This acquisition continues to grow our leadership position in the commercial plumbing category and provides new, innovative products for our customers.”

In addition, Bradley’s Director of Global Marketing and Strategic Development Jon Dommisse said, “Keltech is a Midwestern company with the same culture and dedication to producing innovative products for the growing industrial market. The Bradley/Keltech partnership is another example of our commitment to being a long-term American manufacturer and family-owned business.”
