Organizers of ISH North America, scheduled to debut Oct. 31-Nov. 2 in Toronto, have developed a conference program featuring 29 speakers, 48 seminars, and two morning kick-off events. Topics covered include plumbing/PVF, hvac/hydronics, kitchen & bath, and business and marketing management.

Kick-off events include "Driving the Costs Out of the Channel," an all-industry presentation on Thursday, Oct. 31, in which manufacturers, wholesalers and contractors discuss new measures to reduce costs; and a keynote speech by plumbing/heating expert Rich Trethewey of the show "This Old House," on Friday, Nov. 1.

Additional seminar speakers added since last month include Paul Pollets (European Hydronics), Ruth King (HVAC/R Business Management), Matt Freije (Legionnaire's Disease), Steve Howard (HVAC Marketing), Kirk Alter (Maximizing Profits), John Siegenthaler (Hydronics Engineering/Design), and James Leichter (Doubling Service Profits).
