PMI's Washington lobbyist Cece Kremer has left the organization to take a position as assistant to the administrator and director of Strategic Operations at the EPA. She has been replaced by Fred Eames of Balch & Bingham, LLP, a Washington lobbying firm. Eames is a member of the firm's Utility, Legislative and Regulatory Section, and has served in a variety of congressional staff positions on Capitol Hill.
