Cable television's The History Channel will repeat its one-hour documentary titled "Plumbing: The Arteries of Civilization" at 10 p.m. EST, on Dec. 17, 1998. The show will repeat at 2 a.m. the following morning.

Originally televised Sept. 2 as part of The History Channel's Modern Marvels series, the program traces the history of plumbing technology from its most ancient roots to modern times. PM Engineer Editor Jim Olsztynski is featured on-camera in 7 different segments commenting about various facets of plumbing history. Show producers drew extensively from his work on Plumbing & Mechanical magazine's "History of Plumbing" series.
